The email messages are stored by folder in FOLDXXXX.FRM files, where XXXX is a four digit number. NOTE: While both Juno 1 and Juno 4 use the same file names, the formats differ. The file DIRECTOR.FRM is a text file that is an index of these FOLDXXXX.FRM files. A starting point could be the sample program STG: MFC Docfile Viewer from Microsoft which is able to display the headers and bodies of the email messages.
